We get it. The reality of life with a baby is so different than you expected, sometimes so hard, and wonderful, and utterly exhausting. It’s okay to admit that you’re not really as blissfully happy as you thought you’d be. We also know that the stress probably affects both you and your partner. Individual Therapy

Many of our counselors have both been new parents and have helped many other parents in Central Ohio to find their way back to feeling like themselves again. Feel free to come to session with baby-in-arms, or you can attend online from your own couch.

Online Counseling

We led the way in offering therapy online for new parents, because we know you convenience matters. Yes, we’d love you to come to our office, but if you can’t drive yet because of c-section recovery, or you just can’t find childcare, we can schedule a secure online video chat session while your baby’s napping.

Couples Counseling

Because new parenting stress affects both of you, we offer sessions to help both of you navigate this new life stage. Maybe you’re arguing more and you can’t seem to find time for each other anymore and you’ve tried everything. We’ve got a program just for couples.
