Finally... a Counselor who gets it.

Danielle Sardelle

Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, LPCC

I’ll journey with you.

I am truly privileged to do what I love, which is helping you. I know it may be difficult to face problematic areas in our life or find relief from our pain. As your counselor, I will make sure to be present, compassionate and utilize my training and education to help guide you in the right direction.

I offer a non-judgmental, client-centered approach where my office is a safe place for us to talk and work through concerns in therapy. Leading a healthy and happy life is the goal of my work. I look forward to experiencing this journey with you.

My therapeutic approach involves collaboration and meeting you where you are, from a non-judgmental and compassionate perspective. Most of my work for the last 10 years has been with children, adolescents, young adults and families.

Founder, Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, LPCC

In the therapy room, I listen before I speak. I ask thoughtful questions and am truly curious to know you deeply, so that I can collaborate with you to create a well-thought, customized and evidence-based plan to help in real and practical ways.

I chose to specialize in my practice so that I can focus on providing top-notch care. I am a firm believer that a jack-of-all-trades is a master of none, which is why I focus on my best work. I believe this is the level of care my clients deserve.

I help those who want to focus on relationships, life transitions, new parents, post-partum adjustment, infertility, as well as depression and anxiety, in Central Ohio. My clients can rely on me to provide truly customized care because of this clarity of purpose.

Professional Profile

In addition to a Clinical Counselor license, I received the highest honors, graduating top of my class in both of my Master’s Degrees in Marriage and Family Therapy and in Christian Counseling. My approach to counseling is faith-embracing (meaning that I can help you explore YOUR own beliefs) and full of optimism for your growth and change. It is based firmly in evidence-based techniques such as Gottman relationship approaches, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing to name a few.

I received my graduate clinical training in one of the nation’s front-runners in the practice of Narrative Therapy, where I gained valuable experience using this strengths-based approach to help couples and adult individuals make the life and relationship changes they desired. My post-graduate advanced training has centered on relationship, family, ethics, and post-partum treatment. While most counselors and social workers take just 1 or 2 classes on these topics, I have devoted my professional career to them.

Prior to branching out into business ownership, I worked in both a group private practice and in community mental health settings. I have continually sought rigorous opportunities to grow and develop as a clinician and as a leader. As a result, I gained the expertise necessary to carve my spot as a trusted resource to other professionals and a consultant to other therapists.
